While the break down has been only a minimum inconvenience, it's only that way because of the unbelievable customer service and professionalism by the Scarborough, Maine staff. From the Service Manager Derek, to the road technician Cody, and Adam Labbe which I believe is the Manager ( he sold me the machine). I've NEVER experienced such great service from any company ever. "Beauregard Equipment has been a great place to do business over the years. I own a landscaping company and a farm so I have purchased both agricultural and construction equipment from them, both new and used. The staff has been extremely knowledgeable and they never hesitate to come to our farm or construction site to help us fix a problem. The service department is excellent. I have called up at 2pm on a Friday with a broken loader and the tech dropped what he was working on and came out to help us fix it. He had the know how to get us back up and running so we could work through the weekend! The sales guys are always very helpful and make sure we get the correct unit for our operation. The parts department has always been very helpful tracking down parts and getting them to us as quick as possible."
